Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from our home base in Dubai. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering. While domestic UAE delivery is typically 3-5 days, international shipping times may vary based on location. Please check our shipping policy for estimated delivery times to your region.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
